What is NBA?

The National Basketball Association (NBA) is the predominant mens professional basketball league in North America, and is widely regarded as being the leading men’s professional basketball group in the world. It includes 30 teams (29 in america and 1 in Canada), and is an energetic member of USA Golf ball (USAB),[2] which is recognized by FIBA (also known as the International Basketball Federation) as the national governing body for basketball in the United States. The NBA is one of the four major professional activities leagues in the Unified States and Canada. NBA players are the planet’s best paid sportsmen, by average gross annual salary every player.[3][4]

The league was founded in New York City on June 6, 1946, as the Basketball Association of America (BAA).[1][5] The league implemented the name National Golf ball Association on August 3, 1949, after merging using its rival National Basketball Category (NBL). The league’s several international as well as individual team offices are directed out of the head offices found in the Olympic Tower at 645 Fifth Avenue in Ny. NBA Entertainment and NBA TV studios are taken out of offices positioned in Secaucus, New Jersey.
